As you know from my past post, i ordered the book, “The REVOLUTION 2020″ from the site “www.landmarkonthenet.com”. They offered more than 50% in the original book rate. This was my first order in on-line shopping and also i got an exciting offer. So, i ordered this book and the amount was debited from my account. But the transaction in the landmark side is showing “Invalid Order”.
I got confused about this message and called the landmark customer support (They don’t have toll-free line). I explained the story to the customer care person. He told that call the your Bank customer care because our side (Landmark) did not receive the amount.
Again I called the Bank Customer support (Thank god … They have toll-free number). They told that our side (Bank) is perfect. We transferred the amount to landmark account.
Once again i called the landmark customer support and told above story. Then they asked me to wait for 1 day and they will process the request. But i did not get any response from landmark side.
Basically i got irritated with landmark. I sent an e-mail with the subject of “Worst Experience with Landmark” and described the above story. Also I mentioned that the book cost Rs. 84, but i spent the Rs. 20 to call the customer care itself.
Suddenly i got an call from landmark and the person from customer care told that they will take my order with higher priority to deliver.
Next day, i got a delivery of my book from landmark but the interesting thing is that i got 2 books (same book). I don’t know how to react. I sent the mail regarding the 2 books. They replied that within 2 days they will send an executive to get back the book. Till now, i did not see any person from land mark.
This is how the worst experience turns into the amazing one.
After that, I moved to the www.flipkart.com. It isĀ a amazing site for on-line shopping. They are also providing the CASH on Delivery option. I tried it also. The delivery time and packing are so nice.
